What should I bring to the first visit?
Bring any previous exams (ultrasounds, pap smears, lab tests) and a list of medications you take.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes, from your personal area or the link in the confirmation email, up to 24 hours before the visit.
How does the online consultation work?
Upon confirmation you will receive a video call link. A stable connection and a device with a camera are all you need.
Is the visit reimbursable by insurance?
We issue a standard medical invoice that you can submit to your insurance or deduct for tax purposes.
